Meet the Pastor
Holy Child Parish welcomes Father Jacek
Faher Jacek was born in Poland in 1968. He first studied in Poland with the Divine Word Fathers and continued his studies in the United States at Christ the King Seminary, where he received a Master's Degree in Theology and Divinity. He was ordained as a priest of the Diocese of Scranton by Bishop Timlin in 1996. Father also holds a Doctorate in Theology.
Previous assignments were as assistant at St. Boniface in Williamsport and Epiphany in Sayre. For the past 4 years, Father Jacek has been the pastor at Corpus Christi in Glen Lyon (near Wilkes-Barre), PA

Father looks forward to his parishioners' becoming involved in all aspects of parish life. The focus of his priesthood is Christ and the Family.
