Location: Catholic Campus Ministry (CCM) is located in the office of United Campus Ministry (UCM) 112 Pinecrest Manor, right down the hall from Residence Life.

About the Catholic Campus Minister:
  Courtney Hull is beginning her seventh year as the Catholic Campus Minister at Mansfield University. She grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where her family still resides. Courtney is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University where she studied Biology and Theology. From 1999-2001, Courtney spent her days doing full-time ministry in a soup kitchen in inner-city Philadelphia. In the summer of 2005, Courtney began part-time graduate work at St. Bonaventure University. She expects to earn her MA in Franciscan Studies in May 2008. Her personal hobbies include talking, reading, and sharing time with others. She is always able to lend a helping hand to a student in need!

The following is a list of opportunities to get involved in Catholic Campus Ministry (CCM) as a student at Mansfield. If you would like more information about anything mentioned below, please contact Courtney Hull, Catholic Campus Minister by phone at x4431, by email: chull@mansfield.edu or stop by the office in Pinecrest #112.

DAILY PRAYER: Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. in the Prayer Room (114 Pinecrest Manor). This is open to ALL MU students, faculty and staff. Please bring yourself, any prayer requests you may have and any prayers you would like to share with the rest of the group.

ROSARY: Tuesday and Thursday at 4 p.m. in the Prayer Room (114 Pinecrest Manor). This is open to ALL MU students, faculty and staff. Please bring yourself, a friend and your rosary. If you don’t have a rosary, one will be provided along with a guide to praying the rosary (if needed).

ICE CREAM SOCIAL: Wednesday, September 1 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. outside of Alumni Student Center. This is an excellent opportunity to meet the campus ministers, find out more about campus ministry and have a tasty treat. FREE! EVERYONE IS WELCOME!

SOCIAL at HOLY CHILD: Join us Sunday, September 12 in the basement of Holy Child Church following the 11:15 a.m. mass. EVERYONE IS WELCOME! FREE FOOD WILL BE PROVIDED!

HOLY CHILD PARISH MINISTRIES: There is always a need for new Lectors (Readers), Extraordinary Ministers of Communion and Musicians at Mass. If you are interesting in helping in this way, please let me or Fr. Jacek know. If you need training you will receive it and you will be placed on the schedule when it is convenient for you. There are also a number of ministries including the Williamsport soup kitchen, monthly dinners, health ministry committee, etc. that you can get involved with. Let me know if you have an interest in any of these or any other events/activities at Holy Child. This is your Parish for the next four years so feel free to get involved!

MEDITATION/PRAYER ROOM: 114 Pinecrest Manor. This space is located right next to the Campus Ministry office. Come check it out and feel free to use it to pray, meditate, be still, as well as to study and relax. It is open when Pinecrest is open. To arrange additional hours, contact Courtney.

SERVICE TRIP: There will be at least one service experience that students can participate in through CCM. This will take place during the spring semester.
*St. Francis Inn, Philadelphia, PA: this service experience takes place once a semester for a weekend and we serve at an inner-city soup kitchen run by the Franciscans of Holy Name Province. (Time: TBA) Let me know if you are interested or want more info.
